Campus Recruiting Program
To fulfill the needs of some China’s regional education bureaus for native English teachers, International Human Resources Exchange Center has been working with Chinese organizations and have developed a program for recruiting graduates and retired educators from Universities of America, Canada, England, Australia and New Zealand, who will work for a public middle school, elementary school, private language school or kindergarten.
Details of the program
1. Length of program: About 11 months
2. Site of program
Big cities in China, such as Shenzhen, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Wuhan, etc.
3. Numbers of teaching position required:
100 recent graduates from American universities.
4. Program advantages
1) A legal working permit will be provided. Legal visa will be sponsored.

5. Requirements and benefits
a. Requirements
*Degree: Bachelor or above
*Major: Education, English preferred
*Must be native English speakers from USA, U.K, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc.
*Strong willingness to learn about Chinese culture and share knowledge and culture
*Stay & work in China for at least 1 year

Salary and Allowance

*Airfare allowance | Upfront paid flight tickets for fresh graduates or RMB 5000 flight allowance for non fresh graduates | |
Working Hours
| *Working hours | 1) 35-40 office hours/ week, Mon-Fri 2) 18-20 lessons/week (45 mins/lesson) |
*Paid holiday | 5-6 weeks in all, including public holidays and a month-long half paid holiday | |

Documents Required for Visa | ||

1 | Passport information and visa page | Provide the residence permit page if you have worked in China before |
2 | Resume | Including address and phone number |
3 | Clear scanning copy of the diploma | Make sure the original diploma be provided because the Shenzhen Administration of Foreign Experts Affair need to check it. |
4 | TEFL, TESOL Certifícate | Make sure you can provide the original one. If not, please provide an email from the TEFL training center to declare you have finished the course. If you do not have a TEFL or TESOL certificate, there is no problem. |
5 | Recommendation letter | Foreign teacher who has less than 5-year teaching experience need to provide a recommendation letter referring to teaching. If you have been a teaching assistant at school, you may have your school to provide one for you. |
6 | Non-Criminal Record Certificate | Acquire from your local police bureau |
7 | Digital Photo | A formal and clear photo. |
Time Schedule
1) Take the TEFL Course and prepare for visa documents
2) Work permit application
3) Z visa application in your home country
4) Arrival in Shenzhen
5) Orientation and assistance in looking for apartment
6) Start working
